Once a semester, Our Word invites an author of color to spend a week as a cultural Author-in-Residence. We're very excited to welcome Hari Kunzru to Columbia University this fall. During his week-long residency, Hari will meet with OW members one-on-one to discuss their manuscripts. He will also have a dinner with a select number of OW students to discuss his novel My Revolutions.

Hari Kunzru is the author of The Impressionist, Transmission, and My Revolutions. He was named one of Granta's Best of Young British Novelists. He won a Betty Trask Award and the Somerset Maugham Award for The Impressionist. Transmission was named one of the New York Times's notable books of the year.
