05/11: November 3-7, 2008 Fall Artist-in-Residence
Once a semester, Our Word invites an author of color to spend a week as a cultural Author-in-Residence. In November we’ll be very honored to bring author Ed Park to the Writing Division. During his week-long residency, Ed will meet with OW members one-on-one to discuss their manuscripts. He will also have a dinner with a select number of WD students to discuss his novel, PERSONAL DAYS.
Ed Park is a founding editor of The Believer and a former editor of the Voice Literary Supplement. His writing has appeared in The New York Times Book Review and many other publications. He lives in Manhattan, where he publishes The New-York Ghost.
